Who we are

Alternative Fidelity is the public name of Alternative Fidelity Music Group, LLC. This policy covers altfi.fm, our store, and the apps and tools we publish. Each app has its own section, linked below, describing exactly what that app does with data.

This website

altfi.fm has no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply.

The store

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address. For printed merchandise, the shipping details are passed to our print and fulfilment partner, Apliiq. Order confirmation and shipping emails are sent through Resend.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising. We share data only with the service providers named in this policy, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Our sites and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for account holders, tell you by email.
